How can I book a flight ?
All myair.com low cost flights can be booked online on www.myair.com, through our call centre, at the airport ticket counters or at a registered travel agency. Information on fares and availability are easily accessible on our website www.myair.com: select your itinerary, your date and time of departure and the system will immediately display the best fare available.
Can I make a reservation for more than one passenger ?
Our website www.myair.com allows you to book a maximum of 10 passengers per reservation. For special group bookings (at least 10 passengers), please fill in and submit the group inquiries form, indicating departure and arrival airports, departure and return dates, number of passengers and your requests.

Is there a time limit for the booking of a ticket ?
myair.com flights can be purchased through the website www.myair.com, or in a registered travel agency up to 3 hours before scheduled departure. Tickets may be issued up to 1 hour before scheduled departure if purchased through call centre or airport ticket counters.
When do I receive the confirmation of my reservation ?
Once you make a reservation you will receive a confirmation containing all
the information about your booking and about the payment:
- By email or by email+sms (with a surcharge of 1.00 euro) if you have booked through our website www.myair.com
- At your discretion by email, by email+sms (with a surcharge of 1.00 euro), by fax (with a surcharge of 3 euro) or by ordinary mail
(for Italy only, with a surcharge of 7 euro) if you have booked through our call centre. If you have purchased your ticket at
an airport ticket counter or through a registered travel agency you will immediately be provided with your booking confirmation
containing your booking reference and payment details.
Important notice: myair.com recommends all passengers to show up at the check-in counter with a valid ID and
the booking confirmation.
I havent received my confirmation yet. What should I do ?
If you did not receive your booking reference or confirmation of your reservation please contact our call centre as soon as possible and our operators will be able to assist you.
Can I change my reservation ?
If you have booked a MYLOW fare: date, time, itinerary and name of passengers in your
reservation may be changed; all changes are subject to availability and to the payment of a change fee per flight and per passenger plus
the difference in fare between the original fare and the lowest fare available when the change is made. All changes to MYLOW fare
bookings can be made through:
- Our website www.myair.com (only date, time, itinerary), up to 2 hours 30 minutes before scheduled departure. A 23 euro change fee will be
applied per passenger and per flight plus the difference in fare between the original fare and the lowest one available when the change
is operated. If the available fare is lower than the original one, no refund will be made.
- Our call centre up to 3 hours prior to scheduled departure. A 25 euro per passenger and per flight will be applied plus the difference
in fare between the original fare and the lowest one available when the change is operated. If the available fare is lower than the
original one, no refund will be made.
If you have booked a MYLEX fare you are entitled to request itinerary, date and name changes free of charge. All changes are subject
to availability. Changes to MYFLEX reservations can only be operated through our call centre up to 3 hours before scheduled departure.
Important notice: in the case of multi-flight reservations, name and itinerary changes are not permitted if any flight
segment in the booking has been used or expired. Multi-segment reservations must display the same passengers name.
Purchase promotional fares: important warning - If you buy at a promotional fare, changes of date time or itinerary can
be made according to the regulations of the MYLOW fare, upon payment of a 23 euro surcharge per passenger and per flight -
for changes online through the website www.myair.com or 25 euro per passenger and per flight to modify also the name -
through call center or in the airport ticket counter allowed to sell myair flights - paying also the difference between the promotional
fare paied before and the higher MYLOW fare available at the moment the change is requested.
Can I cancel my reservation ?
If you have booked a MYLOW fare:
cancellations are not permitted, unused tickets are not refundable.
If you have booked a MYFLEX fare: tickets are non refundable. If you do not intend to use your ticket and you contact our call
centre to cancel your reservation within 3 hours prior to scheduled departure (subject to call centre opening hours) you will
be granted a credit to use on a future flight.
Important notice: The right of withdrawal, foreseen for long-distance contracts, does not apply to this sale, in accordance
to point b) of art. 7 D. Lgs. Nr. 185 May 22, 1999.
Why is it important to check my flight ?
myair.com recommends to check your booked flights for any changes or important notifications in the respective section on www.myair.com 1 day prior or on the day of departure.

Can I book a ticket in business class ?
myair.com operates only one standard class.
Can I book connecting flights with myair.com ?
myair.com is strictly a 'point-to-point' airline. We do not offer connecting flights and accept no responsibility for missed connections. We, therefore, are not liable for any losses or expenses arising out of any failure to achieve a planned connection. myair.com strongly remembers not to book connecting flights. Please remind that all connecting flights will be, in all cases, considered as distinct flights and that passengers will need to check-out their baggage and check-in again for the next flight. If you wish to book connecting flights anyway, myair.com recommends that you retain at least 3 hours between the arrival of the first flight and the departure of the second one. Under no circumstances shall myair.com assume responsibility for missed flights, even if this happens because of a delay of the first flight booked.
Can I have any refund if I miss my flight or if I do not use it ?
Passengers who fail to check in within 40 minutes before the departure or fail to provide a valid ID and their booking reference will lose their right to fly without being entitled to any kind of refund.
Does myair.com issue traditional paper tickets ?
myair.com is a ticketless airline. When a reservation is completed you will just need to show up at the check-in the day of your departure, with your booking reference and a valid ID. myair.com strongly recommends that you take note of your booking reference because it identifies univocally your reservation and your travel details. Paper ticket issuing is an expensive and useless process.

Is the price I see for a one way flight or for a roundtrip ?
Prices shown refer to one-way flights, excluding taxes and fees. If you prefer a roundtrip, please select the roundtrip option at the beginning of the booking process. The price displayed will refer to each flight separately, taxes excluded. The total amount to pay will be displayed later on.
How can I pay ?
If you buy your ticket through our website www.myair.com or through our call centre you can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express, and Air Plus). If you buy your ticket through an airport ticket counter the payment options are: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express, and Air Plus), cash or Bancomat (Italian circuit only). If you buy your ticket trough your travel agency, you should ask your travel agency information about the accepted payment options. Important notice: when buying a ticket with credit card you will be charged for 6 administration fee for transaction.
Can I pay for my ticket after I make a reservation ?
Reservation and payment of myair.com tickets have to be completed at the same time. Passengers are therefore requested to pay the entire price of the ticket when they make the reservation. Reservations are confirmed after myair.com has verified the correct payment of the fare, taxes and fees. Once the booking is confirmed myair.com will send the passenger a confirmation with a booking reference.
How can I pay with a voucher ?
myair strictly recommend Passengers to take note and follow carefully the
herebeolw reported condition of use of myair flight vouchers:
- voucher has a overrated specifc cash value; vouchers could have different cash value
- the vouchers can be used for on-line bookings purchased via the web site www.myair.com
- the vouchers can be used only for bookings in the indicated flight period; before bookings check the voucher validity
booking flight(s) using myair voucher:
proceed through the booking itinerary pages "select" - "confirm" - "contact" - as normal until you reach the payment page.
There are two forms of payment avaliable to you, choosing the "voucher" option, you can insert your voucher code and password
in the appropriate text boxes provided; next click the red "add payment" button, this will activate the voucher
- for ticket values exceeding the voucher value, credit card must be contextually made for the difference by selecting the
"credit card" payment option
- in the case of flight(s) costing less than the value of the voucher, the remaining cash value is non refundable
Why do I have to pay an administration fee when paying by credit card ?
To defray the substantial administration costs that result when processing
credit cards, myair.com applies a handling fee of 6 euro for this kind of transactions.
What do taxes and fees include ?
Taxes and fees in your ticket refer to the taxes imposed by the government and
by the airport authority for the carriage of passengers, their baggage and for all the services included in it,
and particularly to the "operation & security" surcharge (12 euro per flight). The total amount of taxes and fees will be
communicated to the passenger during the reservation process.
Important notice: Increasing of taxes and fees - in case of introduction of new taxes and fees, or in the event of an increase
after the reservation is made, the company retains the right to charge the passengers before the departure of the flight.
How can I find the lowest fares ?
By subscribing to our mailing list you will receive our newsletter containing myair.com latest news and specials. To get the lowest fare available we suggest you to book your flight on our website www.myair.com. The online fares are lower than the call centre ones.
Are my credit card details safe ?
To ensure the security of your credit card information when you book on-line, myair.com uses the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is currently the preferred method to securely transfer credit card details and other sensitive data over the Internet. When booking on line, if your browser supports SSL, please select the Secure Mode option, in this way all the data inserted will be protected by this technology. If you are restricted by the capabilities of your browser, you can use the non-secure mode. Nevertheless, myair.com recommends that you upgrade your browser to support the SSL technology.
What browser do I need to make online reservations ?
myair.com uses some scripts that are best viewed through browsers Netscape or
Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 4 and above. If you are restricted by the capability of your browser then you can use the
non-secure mode. Nevertheless, in order to protect your personal data, we recommend that you use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
technology. Versions lower than 3 will not be supported. On-line purchase procedure requires that in your system surfing program
cookies and JavaScript running are active. myair.com offers several pieces of advice to avoid problems with online access:
- use of browsers Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher or Netscape Navigator 7.0 with security levels set to standard mode;
- frame management on; - configuration of code level 128 bits;
In case navigation should be hindered, deactivate protection programs like 'Norton internet Security Professional 2002' or 'Personal
Firewall' (the integrated firewall of Windows XP does not create any problem). If the browser poses some restrictions when ending the
transaction, it is possible to select the non-secure mode; in any event, in order to protect your personal data we always recommend that
you use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

myair.com operators will be at your disposal for bookings and all sort of inquiries (services also available on our website).
They will also be able to operate any request of time/date and name change and special assistance.

What are the conditions for carrying an infant ?
For security reasons infants under 7 days of age are not allowed on board myair.com flights. Infants between 8 days up to and including 23 months of age will be boarded only if traveling with a passenger of at least 18 years of age. Infants will travel paying a fare of 16 per flight. Infants shall travel on their parent's lap and are not entitled to a personal baggage allowance. Only one infant per adult is allowed. If a passenger is under 2 years of age at the time of the outbound flight and reaches 2 years before the return flight, the applicable fares will be the infant fare for the outbound flight and the normal adult fare (with taxes and fees) for the return flight.
Do you have any special policy for expectant mothers ?
All reservations with special service requests have to be made through our call centre
only. myair.com retains the right to modify policy and procedure for special assistance without notice. We strongly recommend our
passengers to contact our call centre to get detailed information on our special assistance before proceeding with the booking.
For security and comfort of the expectant mothers traveling with us, myair.com has established the following rules:
- up to 28 weeks: expectant mothers are accepted on board our aircraft without any medical certificate. Nevertheless, the carrier
retains the right to ask the passenger to provide a certificate stating that the pregnancy is less than 28 weeks.
- between 29 and 36 weeks: a medical certificate stating the health of the passenger and the expected date of birth of the baby is
required.
- after 37 weeks (30 weeks in case of twins): under no circumstances will expectant mothers be accepted on board our aircraft.

For security reasons myair.com only allows the carriage of 3 reduced mobility passengers. Request
for carriage of passengers with special needs has to be made at the moment of the booking. Informing the carrier well in advance
is essential. Failure to do so will impair myair.com's ability to guaranty such service.
Can a child under 15 years of age travel alone ?
Does myair.com offer assistance for passengers under 15 years of age traveling unaccompanied ?
myair.com does not offer unaccompanied minors service. Escort and other facilities are not available.
Can I carry an animal with me ?
All reservations with special service requests have
to be made through our call centre only. myair.com retains the right to modify policy and procedure for special assistances without notice.
We strongly recommend our passengers to contact our call centre to get detailed information on our special assistance before proceeding with
the booking. Carriage of cats and small dogs is permitted only if weighing no more than 10 kg, including the cage and upon payment of a 30 Euro
surcharge per pet per flight. Only one dog/cat per passenger is allowed. Only one pet per flight is permitted.
The carriage of animals in the hold is not allowed. The carrier does not contemplate the transportation of game. Animals have to be carried in appropriate cages provided by the passenger, the dimensions of which should not exceed 115 cm (sum of length, height and width). For the animal's comfort the cage has to be suitable for air transport (avoiding internal and external damage). Under no circumstances the carrier will take responsibility for damages caused by an inappropriate cage. Only one animal per cage is allowed. The carrier retains the right to refuse the pet carriage if the passenger fail to comply with one or more of the above mentioned rules. The carrier is not responsible for any health problem may arise in the pet because of the air transport. The carrier permits animals carriage only if the passenger assumes the entire responsibility for it. It is the passenger responsibility to provide appropriate medical certificates and documents of the animal as well as to make sure that the animal meets all the requirements to enter the country destination. Inside Italy (with exception of Sicily, Sardinia, Valle dAosta, Trentino Alto Adige and Friuli Venezia Giulia): It is required for pets to get passports released by veterinary surgeon.
Outside Italy (or inside Italy from/to Sicily, Sardinia, Valle dAosta, Trentino Alto Adige and Friuli Venezia Giulia): It is required for pets to get passports released by veterinary surgeon attesting that they have been vaccinated against rabies.
Flights to Ireland; United Kindom; Scandinavian Countries, Croatia: It is required for pets to get passports released by veterinary surgeon attesting that they have been vaccinated against rabies and booster vaccination certifying a proper amount of neutralising antibodies.
Passengers requesting the boarding of a animal should contact the call centre well in advance on the scheduled departure to verify the availability and book the carriage of the animal. Due to reduced availability the carriage of an animal is not guaranteed if not booked well in advance. Similarly we kindly recommend all passengers to book and pay the correspondent surcharges through our call centre well in advance. Payment of the applicable surcharge can be made, at passenger's discretion, at the moment of the booking through our call centre or when checking in for the outbound or return flight.
Importing of birds by their owners inside the European Community
In compliance with the decision of the European Committee of October 27 th 2005 (2005\759\CE) and the relative Ordinance of the Health Italian Minister, restrictive measures are established for the importation of birds, as momentary derogation in the matter of sanitary control of animals of affection following the owners (Reg. 03\998\CE), the importing from any extracomunitarian origin of birds is permitted only by previous favorable sanitary control by the official veterinarians that operate in ports, airports, frontier. This control can be carried out only in the places of frontier inspection trained for the sanitary control of the alive animals. If during the controls carried out at the places of inspection is verified the presence of birds that don't conform to the conditions established by the decision of the Europea Committee, the places of inspection order the sequestration of the animals as well as the rejection in the Country of origin.
Is it possible to carry firearms ?
Passengers with firearms and ammunitions are not accepted on board our flights, except for passengers belonging to the Police corps, Carabinieri, and Guardia di Finanza (on domestic flights only). Passengers allowed to board with firearms will be pre-boarded.
Is it possible to carry sports weapons ?
The transportation of sports weapons referred to sports activity,
by the passengers as checked in baggage on myair flights, is exclusively allowed for the following connections: Venice / Bucarest / Venice and
Milan Orio al Serio / Bucarest / Milan Orio al Serio.
The extra fee for the transportation of sports weapons for sports activity is EURO 50.00 per segment per weapon and must be paid at the airport
ticket counter in one settlement for the round trip flights at the departing airport.
The ammunitions must be weighted and counted within the allowed baggage weight.
Possible overweight of the allowed baggage weight, due to the transportation of ammunitions, will require the passenger to pay the fee
required in case of extra weight of the checked-in baggage.
It will be the passenger’s responsibility to get the necessary information at the Public Safety offices reguarding the required documents
in order to check in the sports weapons for sports activity in the Contries of origin destination and overflight. The boarding is strictly
subordinated to the possession by the passenger of all the licenses and permits required by the authorities of the Countries of origin
destination and overflight, and subordinated to the verification of the above mentioned requisites by the competent Public Safety officers
delegated at the concerned airports. Myair is not responsible of the possible refusal to board sports weapons for sports activity, due to
the lack of such requisites requested by law at the embarkation at the Countries of origin destination and overflight.

myair.com does not offer cargo services..
What are the conditions for carrying my sports equipment ?
All reservations with special service requests have to be made through our call
centre only. myair.com retains the right to modify policy and procedure for special assistance without notice.
We strongly recommend our passengers to contact our call centre to get detailed information on our special assistance before
proceeding with the booking. The carriage of some sports equipment such as golf equipment, bicycles, wind surf boards and
similar, is allowed as checked baggage upon payment of a 25 euro surcharge per flight and per item. Should the equipment
exceed 18 kg passenger will be asked to pay 10 euro per exceeding kg. The carriage of water skis, skis, kite surf and surf
boards is free of charge if not exceeding 160 cm and baggage allowance, otherwise a 25 euro surcharge per flight and per
item will be applied, plus 10 euro per exceeding kg. The carriage of diving equipment is permitted upon payment of a 90 euro
surcharge per equipment. Under no circumstances, shall the Carrier assume responsibility for the possible loss, damage or
delay of your diving equipment. myair.com therefore strongly recommends passengers to purchase an insurance policy.
Passengers requesting the boarding of diving equipment should contact the call centre well in advance on the scheduled
departure to verify the availability and book the carriage of the equipment. Due to reduced availability, the boarding of
this kind of items (if not booked in advance) may not be guaranteed. We kindly recommend all passengers to book and pay the
correspondent surcharges through our call centre as soon as it is possible. Payment of the applicable surcharge can be made,
at passenger's discretion, at the moment of the booking through our call centre or when checking in for the outbound or
return flight.
How much baggage can I take with me ?
Can I carry extra baggage ?
If you wish to carry baggage exceeding the weight purchased you will be
charged 12 euro per extra kg. If you wish to carry 3, 4 or 5 pieces of baggage you will be charged 30 euro
per extra piece. If you wish to carry baggage exceeding the 160 cm (sum of length, height and width) of allowance
you will be charged for 20 euro. myair.com personnel have no discretional power on the amount to pay for exceeding
baggage and they are bound to comply with the company regulations on this matter. For this reason, if your baggage
exceed the free allowance our staff is obliged to apply the appropriate surcharges.
Lost / damage registered baggage: what shall I do?
In case of lost / damage of the recorded baggage (the baggage taken in custody by the
airline with the Ticket of Identification ) you have to go to the Lost and Found Office of the airport and notify the lost or the
damage and follow the following procedures:
LOST BAGGAGE - A written claim, with all documents as per following instructions, has to be sent to myair, to the appropriate address,
within not more than 21 days after the PIR (Property Irregularity Report) issue by the Airport Lost&Found Office
DAMAGED BAGGAGE - In case of damaged baggage, you are kindly requested to show it to the Airport Lost&Found Office for a first damage
evaluation. Please send all the documentation specified below to myair Lost&Found Office within 7 days.

- a detailed list of the contents per each piece of missing luggage
- original copy of the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) issued by the Airport Lost&Found Office
- your PNR (passenger name record)
- a copy of your baggage tag and proof of excess baggage payment, if any

- your contacts details: address, phone number, fax number (if available), e-mail (in order to be informed about your file reference)
- an evaluation of the replacement or repair of your baggage, in case of damage

Which objects am I allowed to carry in my hand baggage and which ones are not permitted ?
For Safety reasons and in compliance with the Italian laws, we inform you that it is
strictly prohibited to carry on board items the likes of scissors, knives, blades, razors. For further information please read carefully
the General Conditions of Carriage of myair.com S.p.a.
The transport of liquid substances is allowed only and exclusively in accomplishment of the New safety Rules in the Airports of the
Informative European Union for the Passengers.
When and how do I check-in ?
myair.com strongly recommends all passengers to check-in 2 hours before the flight departure. Check in will close 40 minutes before flight departure (45 minutes for flights from Fiumicino). myair.com retains the right to cancel a reservation without refund if the passenger does not comply with this check in deadline. myair.com recommends all passengers to show up at the check-in with a valid ID and the booking confirmation.
Which is a valid document for identification purposes ?
It is the passenger's personal responsibility to be in possession of a valid photo-ID meeting the requirements of myair.com, immigration and other governmental authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of breach of this requirement shall be paid by or charged to the passenger. We suggest passengers contact the local authorities at the destination to collect the necessary information before purchasing the ticket. Failure to present valid photo-ID matching the name on the reservation will result in passengers being refused check-in without refund. Passengers are requested to show up to check in with valid photo-ID for all flights. All passengers are under the obligation to identify themselves. Infants, children and minors make no exception. Please be aware that, when flying to a Schengen destination if you are travelling with a baby of less than 2 years of age you need to be in possession of his/her certificate of birth; if the child is under 15 and not in possession of his/her own ID, he/she must be included on the passport of the adult with whom he/she is travelling.
